Donald Trump Jr. Weds Bettina Anderson—So Will He Finally Sell $30 Million Florida Mansion He Still Shares With Ex Kimberly Guilfoyle?
President Donald Trump's eldest son, Donald Jr., has wed his socialite partner, Bettina Anderson, in a luxurious Bahamas ceremony that was attended by several members of the Trump family, including his sister, Ivanka Trump, his brother, Eric Trump, and his daughter, Kai Trump.
Ivanka and Eric's wife, Lara Trump, both shared a host of images from the weekendlong celebration, which took place on a "small private island," according to The New York Times—although neither woman revealed a photo of the bride and groom, who legally wed in Florida on May 21, hours before traveling to their exotic celebration.
The two women did reveal some insights into the celebrations, however, with Ivanka revealing multiple outfit changes throughout the weekend—while also posting several images of herself soaking up the sun on the beach and by the pool.
At one point she praised Trump Jr.'s daughter, Kai, for being the "best paddle board partner," sharing a photo of herself and the high school graduate sporting matching yellow bikinis while paddling on the ocean.
Trump Jr. and Anderson also held a beachside dinner at one point, at which Lara snapped a photo of herself and Eric posing under trees that had been filled with colorful lanterns.

It was originally reported that the couple—who got engaged in December—would wed at a much larger-scale ceremony at the White House; however, sources later told CNN that it was decided that holding such a lavish celebration at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue would be inappropriate given the ongoing conflict between the U.S. and Iran.
That is also the reason that President Trump gave for his absence at his son's wedding celebration, telling reporters during an Oval Office briefing that it was "not good timing" for him to attend because of "a thing called Iran and other things."
While Trump Jr. and his spouse have not yet addressed their post-wedding plans, they are understood to be preparing to return to West Palm Beach, where they have reportedly been residing together in a luxurious townhouse owned by Anderson.
Reports first surfaced in January 2025 that Trump Jr. had moved into the socialite's property, which is located just a short walk from the water, and which she has owned for more than a decade.
Nor has the newlywed couple revealed whether they plan to purchase a new home together now that they are married—although all signs point towards the duo remaining in the Palm Beach area, where they are understood to have met several years ago and where they were first seen enjoying several date nights during the earliest days of their romance.
However, the president's son also owns a much larger residence just 30 minutes away: the expansive Jupiter, FL, mansion he purchased with his former fiancée, Kimberly Guilfoyle, for $9.7 million in 2021.
It was suggested earlier this year that the exes were "quietly shopping" the property, with a tentative asking price of $30 million in what was described as a "whisper" listing, with sources telling the New York Post: "It’s a beautiful house and it is finally ready to sell. There’s a ton of interest."

The insider did concede, however, that there had been "some back and forth" between Guilfoyle and Trump Jr. over the best course of action for the property, although they did not elaborate on what those conversations had entailed.
While the exact details about the former couple's ownership of the home are not known, the fact that both of their names are on the deed means they will both have to agree to sell the property before it can be put on the market.
Unlike a divorce, in which a court can force the sale of a shared property as part of wider legal proceedings pertaining to the end of a marriage, unmarried homeowners are required to come to an agreement about how to proceed with the sale of a shared property.
"In a divorce case, the court will [force the sale of] the house—no problem," legal expert David Matthews, a partner with Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial, previously told Realtor.com®.
"With unmarried couples, you’d have a hard time. You could never force the other side to buy you out. If one party wants to be really obstinate and not sell, the other party has a problem."
Either way, property records show that the six-bedroom mansion is still jointly owned by Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle, who is currently living in Greece, where she is serving as the U.S. Ambassador to the European nation.
It has not been publicly listed on the MLS since March 2021, when it was purchased by the former couple.
According to the original listing, the home underwent a "massive update" before it was purchased by the Trump family scion and his partner.

Located in the upscale neighborhood of Admirals Cove, the home boasts proximity to a golf course and a marina—while also offering its own very impressive list of amenities, including a private elevator, a spacious pool and outdoor entertaining area, an enormous waterfront lawn, and a private dock.
It spans more than 11,200 square feet and sits on a 1.2-acre plot on a plum corner parcel overlooking the Lake Worth Creek, which provides direct access to the ocean by boat.
The property is also a 30-minute drive from the Mar-a-Lago resort, which became Trump's permanent residence after he left the White House following the 2020 election, which he lost to Joe Biden.
The lavish mansion is also just a stone's throw from the property, where his ex-wife, Vanessa Trump, currently lives with their five children: Kai, 19, Donald Trump III, 17, Tristan, 14, Spencer, 13, and Chloe, 11.
Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle were among several members of the president's family who decamped to the Sunshine State after his 2020 election loss, with Eric and Lara also snapping up a home in Jupiter, while Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, opted to build a custom megamansion on Miami's famed Indian Creek Island.
Guilfoyle, meanwhile, is currently living in the official ambassadorial residence in Athens, a property that is more commonly known as Jefferson House.
The property is designed to serve both as a private dwelling and as an event space, where Guilfoyle will be able to host official functions. It includes several formal reception rooms, dining areas, and meeting spaces, all of which have been designed to blend Greek and American traditions.
