Actor Rob Lowe wants to part ways his picture-perfect Beverly Hills abode. He’s listed the four-bedroom showpiece for $6,575,000.
The “Parks and Recreation” actor, beloved for his roles the 1980s-era “Brat Pack” movies (and a certain “Parks and Rec” catchphrase), picked up the lovely estate in 2020 for $3,750,000.
When the residence in 90210 hit the market in September 2020 for $3,695,000, Lowe and wife Sheryl Berkoff paid slightly above the asking price to score the primo property about a month later.
However, that transaction took place during a flurry of real estate deals for the star. Four years ago, he also sold his longtime, custom-built estate in the coastal enclave of Montecito, CA, in an off-market deal for $45.5 million.
The couple then picked up two more relatively modest properties: a fixer-upper in Montecito and this Beverly Hills beauty that’s back on the market.
‘Exceptional’ estate
The “exceptional residence” is in the Franklin Canyon neighborhood.
It measures in at 2,940 square feet and fuses contemporary flair with tranquil surroundings. An open layout offers high ceilings and large windows that flood the living spaces with natural light.
Highlights include the chef’s kitchen with custom cabinets and high-end appliances, a primary suite with a spa-inspired bath and serene views, a tricked-out gym, and a den with a built-in bar.

Outside, highlights include a covered lounge and dining area, a pool and spa, and a fire pit with built-in seating.
And for those who like to keep their golf game strong, the backyard putting green will be a well-loved amenity.
Lowe, a seemingly ageless star who is somehow 60, came to prominence with movies such as “The Outsiders,” “St. Elmo’s Fire,” and “About Last Night.” He later moved into TV roles, notably as Sam Seaborn in the political drama, “The West Wing,” and later showed off his comedic chops in the sitcom, “Parks and Recreation.” He recently appeared in the documentary “Brats” about the 1980s teen idols called.
Tomer Fridman, with Compass, holds the listing.
