It looks like the island life is at an end for Nick and Vanessa Lachey and their impossibly adorable family.

In 2022, with Vanessa starring in “NCIS: Hawaii,” the celebrity couple traded their Encino, CA, home for a beach-view home in Honolulu, according to Hello!

After three seasons, the show has been canceled, and the Lacheys have opted to return to California, where Nick and Vanessa are both hosting other shows.

Earlier this month they bought a farmhouse-style spread in Encino for $6,795,000. Meanwhile, their home in Hawaii is on the market for $9,750,000.

The couple picked up the six-bedroom, 6.5-bath Hawaii home in May 2022 for $8,795,000. They enjoyed sharing it on Instagram, including family photos from Halloween and Thanksgiving, karaoke sessions, and the perks of island life.

Built in 2017, the 7,732-square-foot mansion is just a block from the beach.

The couple’s new Encino home is slightly bigger than the one their selling in Hawaii. Sadly, this home is not within walking distance of the beach.

But the California residence is newly built and has 8,300 square feet of living space, including six bedrooms, seven full baths, and two half-baths.

The three-story contemporary is located in the gated Amstoy Estates neighborhood. It features white oak flooring and exposed beams throughout.

Luxury amenities include a basement with a game area, wet bar, and media room; a safe room; a pool and pool house; and a basketball court.

Nick, 50, rose to fame as the lead singer of the multiplatinum-selling boyband 98 Degrees. He recorded four solo albums, and later starred in the reality TV series “Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica” with Jessica Simpson, his wife at the time. He then hosted “The Sing-Off” and co-hosted the Netflix relationship reality series “Love Is Blind” and “The Ultimatum” with his current wife, Vanessa.

Vanessa, 43, was a beauty pageant queen and then a correspondent and host for “Entertainment Tonight.” She transitioned into scripted TV series, most recently in a lead role in the CBS series “NCIS: Hawaii” for three seasons.
