Kristin Cavallari Trims $1M Off Price of TN ‘Divorce House’—as Age-Gap Romance With Mark Estes Heats Up

Kristin Cavallari just knocked a whopping $1 million from the price of the Tennessee home she purchased after her split from NFL pro Jay Cutler.

But the “Laguna Beach” star is still set to bag a megaprofit on her so-called “divorce house.”

The 37-year-old mother of three, who is dating Montana Boyz TikTokker Mark Estes, 24, initially listed the sprawling, Franklin, TN, estate for $11 million back in June

Now, the four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom dwelling, which sits on 28 acres, has been repriced at $9,950,000.

But there’s no need for any MTV-style meltdowns over the trimmed-back price. Cavallari still stands to make a hefty profit on the $3 million sum she forked out for the 6,788-square-foot home just four years ago.

The reality TV star turned lifestyle guru bought the home in 2020 shortly after her split from Cutler, with whom she finalized her divorce in 2022. And in an episode of her podcast, she opened up about the key role the property played in her post-divorce journey.

“This is the house that I healed in and, in a way, yeah, this is like my divorce house,” she said on her podcast, before revealing that she does have plans to purchase a new home. “But there is something about completely starting over and having a fresh start now. I do feel like I’m in a completely different place in my life than I was four years ago, obviously.”

She added, “I think having that complete fresh start is going to be really nice for me.”

Making moves

The house holds a sentimental place in her heart, but Cavallari appears more than ready to move on—and perhaps leave behind the final memories of her divorce.

While Cavallari has not revealed her motives for putting the property up for sale, some might point to her new romance with Estes—a social media star who is 13 years her junior.

The pair went public with their romance on social media in February, and Cavallari later opened up about the origins of the relationship in an episode of her podcast, admitting she first noticed Estes while scrolling on TikTok.

Since their official online “hard launch,” Estes has been featured regularly on his girlfriend’s social media accounts. He even appeared alongside her in a new campaign shoot for her brand Uncommon James’ debut fragrance last month.

Chic country estate

Cavallari regularly showcased images taken at her Tennessee home on social media, revealing a beautiful backyard and pool as well as a stunning kitchen that would make Nancy Meyers green with envy.

But the “chic country estate” (as the listing describes it) boasts so much more than that. The compound actually includes three structures: a main home, 3,000-square-foot guesthouse, and barn.

In the main house, potential buyers will be captivated by the open spaces, eye-catching decor, and wood-burning fireplace. And the kitchen’s walk-in pantry, “state-of-the-art” appliances, and abundant space for entertaining are sure to enchant avid home cooks.

Meanwhile, the main-level “owner’s suite” includes a spa-inspired bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Upstairs, there’s a rec room, more en suite bedrooms, and a game room.

And the basement level includes a “wellness retreat,” complete with a workout facility and sauna. Outside, the pool, fire pit, screened patio, greenhouse, and chicken coop round out the property.

Cavallari, who has a lifestyle brand, Uncommon James, was a part of MTV’s ‘Laguna Beach’ spinoff, “The Hills.” And she recently launched a podcast, “Let’s Be Honest.”
