Judge Judy’s Naples Mansion Sells for $9.5 Million—but TV Legend Is Forced to Slash Price by $1 Million to Snag a Buyer

by Kelsi Karruli

Judge Judy has sold her sprawling Florida property for $9.5 million—more than 10 years after she snapped up the dwelling in a tony Naples neighborhood.

The fearsome TV judge—whose real name is Judith Sheindlin—initially listed the 10,607-square-foot property in August for $10.49 million but was forced to drop that price by nearly $1 million in order to secure a buyer.

Her decision to put the home on the market came close to one decade after she purchased the expansive dwelling for $8.6 million, with property records indicating that she later transferred ownership of the home to her son, Adam Levy, and his wife, Lori.

According to records, Judy purchased the dwelling with her second husband, Jerry Sheindlin; however, she appears to have passed the home to her second-born child, who she shares with her first spouse, Ronald Levy, around 2022.

Located in the "exclusive" community of Bay Colony Shores, the property was described as being "graciously situated" on close to 1 acre, while offering incredible "attention to quality and detail."

Upon entering the dwelling, guests are greeted with a large staircase that is covered in a colorful, floral wallpaper. The flooring is the epitome of luxury as it is adorned in black marble.

"Architecturally defined by attention to quality and detail, this home is designed for relaxed and gracious living," the listing crowed.

"The car enthusiast will be delighted with the two air-conditioned three-car garages."

As well as the amenities included with the property itself, the community also boasts a number of communal features to residences, including membership to its private beach and tennis clubs.

Although she just sold her Florida property, Judy is still attempting to offload her New York City penthouse, which she recently offered a steep discount on.

The TV star first listed the Manhattan pad in 2024 for $9.5 million after picking it up in 2013 for $8.5 million.

However, months after she listed the dwelling, she decreased the asking price to $8.5 million.

The property remains on the market.
