Joel Madden and Nicole Richie List Their Parisian-Inspired Beverly Hills Estate for $13M

Musician Joel Madden and wife Nicole Richie are parting ways with their beautiful Beverly Hills mansion. The duo recently put the elegant Los Angeles home on the market for $12,950,000.

This news comes shortly after Madden’s twin brother, Benji, and his wife, actress Cameron Diaz, listed their massive Beverly Hills estate for $17.8 million.

Joel and Nicole’s four-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home is in a guard-gated neighborhood. This swanky, 6,100-square-foot dwelling was built in 1987. The couple bought the place in 2021 for $10,150,000.

Picturesque and well-appointed, the ritzy residence was reimagined by Simo Design and featured in Architectural Digest.

European flair

This Parisian-inspired home is sure to delight anyone longing for a taste of Europe in L.A.

It boasts a two-story entry with an elegant, curved staircase; arched windows; and dark hardwood floors.

Further inside is the living room, complete with a black marble fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and pocket doors.

A separate family room, punctuated by wainscoting and large enough to fit an L-shaped couch, opens to a lush courtyard. There’s also a second family room that could be repurposed as a media room.
