Jake Paul Shows Off $40 Million ‘Family’ Ranch in Georgia Amid Spat With Brother Logan Over Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Performance
Influencer turned boxer Jake Paul has expanded his impressive property portfolio with the addition of an enormous $40 million "family ranch" in Georgia—even as his own family became embroiled in a bitter spat over Bad Bunny's Super Bowl performance.
Jake, 29, who already owns an enormous mansion in Puerto Rico and whose fiancee, Jutta Leerdam, won a gold medal Monday in 1,000-meter speedskating at the Winter Olympics, came under fire from his own brother, Logan Paul, this weekend for comments he made bashing Puerto Rican native Bad Bunny's halftime show.
Ahead of the Super Bowl on Feb. 8, which saw the Seattle Seahawks claiming a 29-13 victory over the New England Patriots at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, CA, Jake urged his fans to boycott the performance, telling them that he was "purposefully turning off the halftime show."
In a post shared to his X account, Jake branded Bad Bunny—whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio—a “fake American citizen performing who publicly hates America."
"I cannot support that," he continued, while urging his followers to boycott the halftime performance.
After that post, Jake's brother, Logan, took to his own account to express his disapproval of the message, insisting that he does not hold the same views.
"I love my brother but I don’t agree with this Puerto Ricans are Americans & I’m happy they were given the opportunity to showcase the talent that comes from the island," he said.

Following his brother's clapback, Jake clarified his comments by noting that he wasn't criticizing those who are "from Puerto Rico."
"I wasn’t calling anyone a ‘fake citizen’ because they’re from Puerto Rico. I live in Puerto Rico, and I love Puerto Rico. I have used my platform to support Puerto Rico time and time again and will always do so. But if you’re publicly criticizing ICE who are doing their job and openly hating on America, I’m going to speak on it. Period," he added.
Jake has lived in Puerto Rico since 2023, when he snapped up a stunning mansion for just under $16 million. However, in 2025, he found himself a new homebase in Georgia, when he purchased an historic 5,700-acre ranch that he now appears to have turned into some kind of adult playground, according to his social media accounts.
The ranch, which is known as Southlands Plantation, is at the top of the Appalachian Mountains, and boasts a slew of historic features.
It comes complete with a 30-acre duck pond, 20-acre Eagle Lake, and 5 miles of creeks.
The ranch also boasts a 4,884-square-foot property with eight bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms—all of which offer panoramic views of Lake Seminole.
The grounds also come complete with a 2,696-square-foot manager’s house, several guesthouses, an 1,800-square-foot horse barn, and a dog kennel.
When it was put on the market, the property was touted as being a haven for outdoor sports, with the listing stating that it was "regarded as one of the few places in the South where one can consistently have and harvest B&C Whitetails."

"From wild quail and turkey to waterfowl, the wing-shooting here is exceptional. It boasts a 30-acre duck pond and a 20-acre fishing lake," the listing continued.
Jake, who closed on the property in June 2025, certainly appears to have taken full advantage of the many amenities on offer, with videos and images posted to Instagram and YouTube showing him proudly showing off his huge collection of recreational vehicles at the property, while also engaging in numerous hunting outings.
It is unclear whether Jake plans to split his time between Georgia and his mansion in Dorado, PR, or whether he will use the ranch as his primary residence moving forward.
Jake's Puerto Rico pad certainly has plenty of impressive features to rival his new ranch; set on over an acre of land, it features over 12,000 square feet of living space, including eight bedrooms, and 10 bathrooms.
The compound is split between a 7,632-square-foot primary residence and a detached 5,000-square-foot entertainment building.
Jake worked with a designer to reimagine the space as more open, with more artwork on display. Even the six-car garage, which houses his car collection, received a makeover with new flooring and green walls.
Built in 2021, the luxe residence features tile flooring and windows throughout. Out back are a luxury pool, patio, and cabanas.
In a YouTube tour of his Taj MaPaul, as he bills his renovated home, he shares images of how the home looked before and after his modifications.

A huge TV wall once divided the main living area; but now, the dining and living spaces open to each other. The TV screen was moved out of sight inside the ceiling and can drop down for viewing.
Despite living in Puerto Rico for several years now, Jake has been open in his support of Donald Trump, even joining the president and his granddaughter, Kai Trump, at the college football championship game in Miami earlier this year.
Kai also previously appeared on Jake and Logan's podcast, "Impaulsive," in which she opened up about life as the first granddaughter.
Bad Bunny made history with his vibrant Super Bowl halftime performance that blended storytelling, cultural celebration, a surprise onstage wedding, and special appearances by Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin, and other guests.
During his performance, the hitmaker put both his culture and vocal talent on full display, beginning the set by walking through tall field grass before revealing hardworking Puerto Rican laborers and architectural elements that reflected the island’s rich history and resilience.
The Puerto Rico native paid homage to his roots during a jaw-dropping performance that opened with his chart-topping hit “Tití Me Preguntó,” followed by the fan-favorite anthem “Yo Perreo Sola.”
During “El Apagón," which translates to “The Power Outage," he climbed an electric pole, a striking visual symbol of the ongoing blackouts caused by Puerto Rico’s outdated power grid.
In a heartfelt moment, the artist also brought out a couple who were legally married during the performance. The newlyweds had originally invited Bad Bunny to their wedding, but instead, he surprised them with the opportunity to exchange vows on one of the world’s biggest stages.
Many Latin celebrities were also present during his performance including, Cardi B, Jessica Alba, Karol G, Young Miko, and Pedro Pascal.
