It’s Time: Imagine Dragons’ Dan Reynolds and Ex Aja Volkman Find a Buyer for Their Malibu Beach Compound

Imagine Dragons lead singer Dan Reynolds and his ex, fellow rocker Aja Volkman, might have potentially found a buyer for their Balinese-inspired home in Malibu, CA.

The estate, which was listed for $17,995,000 last month, is now pending sale. The two had purchased the home in 2020 for $11.3 million.

Situated right on picturesque Broad Beach, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom retreat on a third of an acre boasts over 5,400 square feet of living space.

(Fun fact: Hollywood sweethearts Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell lived in the home for years, before selling it in 2013.)

The front entrance to the sprawling compound features a bamboo-lined walkway and a carved front door.

The spacious living room has a tall stone fireplace and a double-height beamed ceiling. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer incredible beach views.

The kitchen is equipped with marble countertops, dark cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. An elaborately designed wet bar is right off to the side.

On the second floor is the picturesque primary suite. It includes a fireplace, built-in shelving, and a wall of windows leading to a private outdoor space.

The en suite bathroom features onyx surfaces and a large wardrobe.

The other bedrooms also feature incredibly elevated details, including picture windows and private balconies.

Out back, there’s a relaxing courtyard, covered patio, and built-in barbecue.

Reynolds, 36, has been touring with Imagine Dragons since last year. He and Volkman, 43, married in 2011 and have four children together. They decided to separate last year.
