Golfer Jeff Sluman Selling His Home in the Chicago Suburbs for $2.65M

Even longtime Windy City residents get tired of the frigid temps.

It’s part of the reason pro golfer Jeff Sluman is ready to part ways with his home in Hinsdale, IL, a western suburb of Chicago.

According to a report from the Chicago Tribune, Sluman’s wife, Linda Skoog-Sluman, says living in Florida “is much better for my husband’s golf game.”

But the couple is sad to say goodbye, as the Chicago area has been their home for years, and Skoog-Sluman was born and raised there.

The four-bedroom, 5.5-bath, custom-built property has lots to offer, including proximity to Hinsdale’s shops and parks.

And the abode’s $2,650,000 price tag makes it one of the town’s most expensive listings.

White oak floors, barn doors, and shiplap are just a few of the trendy details in the residence, which is a lovely mix of modern and traditional styles.
