Known as Azura Gardens, the stucco structure was "designed with energy efficiency and artistry in mind."

"The sellers describe themselves as artists, and the home is their version of a painter's painting," says listing agent Dylan Glasgow of Looking Glass Realty LLC. "When they bought the property, they were looking for something super unique to use as their primary residence."

It last traded hands for $260,000 in 2016, when the sellers bought the property and constructed the homes in 2022.

"First and foremost, the breathtaking views and proximity to downtown Asheville is truly remarkable," Glasgow notes. "It is an incredibly efficient home that has an artesian well, natural spring, and creek, which is unique to the area."

Glasgow believes the next owner will be someone who may want to transform it into a wellness retreat.

"There are three types of buyers we are going after," he says. "The first is a multigenerational family estate. The second would be someone wanting to do a wellness retreat with a cold plunge, meditation area, and sauna, and the third buyer would be a potential investor looking to finish off what these folks started and keep building cabins."
