Boxing Champ Manny Pacquiao Takes It on the Chin and Finally Sells His L.A. Home

Situated in L.A.’s Hancock Park neighborhood, this home even had a star turn on “MTV Cribs.”

Soaring ceilings peak at 22 feet in the two-story dwelling’s dramatic entryway, and large windows usher in loads of sunshine. The nearby living room offers a fireplace, and there’s a mezzanine level that overlooks the main space.

The upscale kitchen features an island made from Caesarstone, plus fancy appliances by Miele and Bosch, a glass hood, and a built-in coffee bar. In the primary bedroom, there’s a walk-in closet and a balcony with views of the pool. A luxurious primary bathroom features a bath with a glass shower and a cozy, rectangular tub.

Other luxe highlights include marble and teak floors, Design Within Reach light fixtures, and tiles by Walker Zanger. Outside, there’s a pool with a waterfall, a spa, and space for dining.

When he departed the ring, Pacquiao had amassed 12 world titles. He’s since turned his attention to politics in his home country of the Philippines, where he ran for and won a Senate seat.

He served from 2016 to 2022, when he announced his interest in becoming the island nation’s president. In late 2022, Pacquiao also revealed his intention to return to boxing in 2023.
