One of the most expensive pieces of real estate now on the market in the United States is a land parcel on exclusive Indian Creek Island off the coast of Miami — and a deep-pocketed prospective owner can call Jeff Bezos their neighbor.
Thing is, that buyer will need to be as wealthy as Bezos.
The small, undeveloped plot of waterfront land — just 1.84 acres — is on the market for a staggering $200 million. It’s a sky-high price, but it’s not the priciest now for sale in America. That title goes to a sprawling waterfront compound across the state in affluent Naples, which listed in early 2024 for a breathtaking $295 million.
Bezos owns three properties there.

Whoever buys the parcel, at 9 Indian Creek Island Road, can build their dream house next door to the Amazon billionaire. Bezos has currently paid $237 million for three properties on the island at 11, 12 and 28 Indian Creek Island Road.
