A sprawling $13.5 million Florida mansion with a private beach as its backyard has been viewed by more than 37 million people after a clip of the extraordinary property went viral on TikTok.

The stunning Sarasota property, which was built in 1983, spans 6,648 square feet, including six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

The home, which has been listed by Faith Stutzman of the Stutzman Realty Group, first hit the market in October for $15.5 million. By Dec. 2, the asking price was trimmed to $14.9 million, only to drop again just days later, this time to $13.5 million, where it still sits today.

However, the listing was given quite the impressive boost when a clip of the property was posted to TikTok, where it quickly went viral, racking up more than 37.9 million views to date. Many of the viewers were bowled over by its most impressive amenity: a private slice of the Siesta Key coastline.

Social media users praised the luxury home's private beach frontage, with many describing the dwelling as their "dream" abode—while others voiced shock that such an amenity is available.

"Now THIS is a dream home! Your own little private beach?!" one person wrote, as someone else commented: "May this type of wealth find me!!!!"

It remains to be seen whether the property's online fame will help it to secure a buyer. Records indicate that it is still on the market, with several open houses held over the weekend.

The facade of the home is adorned in a gorgeous white panel. However, the jewel of the property is the backyard, which offers a private beach and even comes with a resort-style pool.

While the private beach may have caused the biggest stir among the home's online fans, the listing notes that there are plenty of other features worthy of attention.
